Discourage the mr. no-air-time

I came across a old mail i received from KCM and it sure jump up to me! enjoy!

"Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets."
(Luke 6:22-23)

Do you want to know how to depress the devil? Just follow the instructions in that last verse. When persecution comes, when friends or family criticize you because you lay hands on the sick and believe in healing, and when coworkers call you a fanatic because you love Jesus and aren't afraid to say so, rejoice! Shout hallelujah and leap for joy!

I tell you that will discourage the devil to no end. He's expecting that persecution to hurt you. He's expecting it to damage your faith, to wipe you out, and to leave you in dismay.

I'm not saying you should enjoy the persecution itself. But you can learn to overlook the discomfort of those things by focusing your attention on the reward that's coming and the fact that Jesus said you are blessed.

The Apostle Paul certainly knew how to do that. He was an expert on rejoicing in the midst of persecution. Satan was constantly stirring up trouble for him. But do you know what he said about all that persecution? He said it was not even worth considering compared to the glory that was about to be revealed.

If Paul could rejoice in the midst of beatings, stonings, shipwrecks, imprisonment and almost every other kind of persecution, you can too!

Just do what he did. When he was told by the Holy Ghost that bonds and afflictions awaited him, he said, "But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God" (Acts 20:24).

Don't get all caught up in what people think and what people say down here on earth. Get caught up in pleasing the Lord. Get caught up in finishing your course with joy. Get caught up in the glorious hope that's ahead. For that hope is enough to make anyone--under any circumstances--leap for joy!

Shake off the dust! and walk off!

Had a super inspiring chat with ann this morning.. all started when i am going to wash room (ann: God give us revelations at odd times) -_-

Matthew 10:14
And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet.

The dust, does it ring a bell? Dust according God (yeah.. in Genesis) is devil's food.

Pastor Prince taught that when we put ourselves constantly in His word is constantly washing our self in water, using the example of Jesus washing Peter's feet. He asked them to always wash each others' feet. But when Peter ask Jesus to wash his head and hand, Jesus said no need.

Cleansing by the Blood is once for all, cleansing by water is to keep us from daily challenges. Both are using the word of God, one is 'logos', one is 'rhema'. One is spoken word of God, the other is written word of God.

Why did Jesus asked His guys to shake of the dust off their feet? what is the point of constant washing of feet?

Our feet is our walk with God, imagine when the disciples went to preach to strangers, what kind of word will come out from the mouth of those unbelieving people. The most they let the dust stay, it will get thicker and thicker and hinder their walk! So is our daily walk with God, if we let the dust of the world, worries, cares, envies, heaviness, anger..stuck with us, and not let the word wash them off..can you imagine that?

That's why Jesus ordered His guys to shake off the dust and walk on! don't 'ta bao' the dust! Don't let it pull you back!

Ann had very interesting illustration, inspired by her young brother:
Our redemption is like silver (according to bible symbol), once it get dusty, the silver lost it's shine, even turn black! devil use the dust to oxidize our redemption, but we constantly polish it with the word of God to keep it shine. (This might sound like our work but no! we are using God's word to guarantee God's promises and gift for us. Silver is given, cleansing chemical is given, all we do is put 2 together.)

Some Christians doesn't seems to enjoy their christian life, their life seems no different from non-believer, and slowly they believe there is no different! because the dust layer get so thick! (ann: even a believer can downgrade the greatest salvation). They turn deaf ear to Holy Spirit and listen to sound of the world, subject themselves under the control of the ruler of this world, and ruler of the world hates them because they belong not to him!

When God ask us to lay down our life for His sake, it's actually to save us! when we receive Christ, we are dead in Him (we lay down our life), we rise with Jesus as a New Creation; a new man. We cannot continue our old life because we supposed to be 'dead' to it! and if we still continue like we are before 'dead in Christ' we are telling mr no-air-time we are still under his control! we cannot appear like the 'old man'! cause stupid devil can recognise our 'old man'! So we must not give him clue! and how does Christians give him clue? speak with their own mouth lor.. complain lah.. curse and swear lah... that's how devil can recognise them : oh this is that fello, i know he use to worry about this or that, let's try some old tricks.. he is using Christians' own tongue against themselves!

WE MUST NOT LET HIM.

Proverbs 15:4
The tongue that brings healing is a tree of life, but a deceitful tongue crushes the spirit.

Proverbs 18:21
The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

Everytime dust stuck at our feet, shake it off, using the word of God, pray in the Spirit, let it flow...that's Christian life! keep on receiving until it overflow! Psm 23: My cup run over! and the verse before it: He anoint my head wil oil!

Not any oil, It's hi-grade Olive oil, the only Oil in this world without bad cholesterol!

Let the Holy Spirit anoint you with revelations, and let the word of God overflowing in your life, shake off the dust!

Just as we were talking about our ways and God's way...

ha ha ha ha ha!!!

Eat ME!! Drink ME!! (There's power in the word! pt2)

This is not Alice in wonderland, this is children of God wondering wandering (w.o.w.a) in the wilderness. God rained manna from heaven, bring forth water from the rock to feed them, and Jesus said: they are dead. However those who ate the real manna (Jesus' flesh) and drink His blood will live forever.

We know Jesus flesh is the word of God=life, but what's with the blood?

I was taught there're 2 major symbol of Blood of Jesus in the Bible: Blood of the Lamb and Blood of the Grape

The first time the blood of the lamb mentioned was during the exodus of Israel from egypt. The blood was applied on the lintel (above the door space) seperated (sanctified) them and death had to passover them.

The first time blood of the grape mentioned is even more interesting:
Genesis 49:11 He will tether his donkey to a vine, his colt to the choicest branch; he will wash his garments in wine, his robes in the blood of grapes.
Guess where this is from? Jacob's blessing to Judah! and in Revelation, here's what I found and has direct link to above verse:
Rev 7:13-14
Then, addressing me, one of the elders [of the heavenly Sanhedrin] said, Who are these [people] clothed in the long white robes? And from where have they come?I replied, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are they who have come out of the great tribulation (persecution), and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

The Blood of the grape/lamb is the Blood of our Lord Jesus, and it's to sanctified us and separate us from the world, keeping us clean and holy to receive the blessing from God!

That's why in the Holy Communion, the bread and wine (blood of the grape) has to come together, the blood sanctified us and qualify us to partake of the most holy bread: The Flesh of Christ!

And the Lord said in the book of Acts: What God has cleansed, don't you call unclean/common! (x 3 to Peter)

Calling yourself/other christians unclean is as good (bad?) as denying Jesus in your/their life. - Pastor Joseph Prince (2005May08-GodCleansedYou)

Rev 5:9
and with Your blood You purchased men unto God from every tribe and language and people and nation.

The payment is cleared, and cleansing is constant, no matter how we/other see ourself, the Blood is constantly keeping us clean, qualifing us to the blessing of our Abba! Like a man constantly under the gashing water. We are in the 'clean'! and constantly in the blessing of our Abba! (Pastor Joshua : There's no middle ground!)

There's power in the words!

If you are Chinese, i bet you heard of an ancient chinese folktale, Journey to the west, the monkey king's master; the monk who was appointed to find a devine scroll, is always the target of the monsters and demons, cause they believe whoever eats the monk's meat can have everlasting life.

Well sorry to disappoint them, they had been looking for a wrong person. Moreover, even they had found the right one, before Him there's no place for monsters and demons.

You know who This Person is:

(John 6:53-58)
⁵³ Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.
⁵⁴ Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.
⁵⁵ For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed.
⁵⁶ He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him.
⁵⁷ As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me.
⁵⁸ This is the bread which came down from heaven—not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever.”

See how many times Jesus asked His people to 'eat' His 'flesh' and 'drink' His 'blood', He is asking us to out Him in us, not just part of us, but He wants us to be full of Him, so that His power can dwell in us and give us eternal life! (greek: zoe, God kind of life!) So that we can live forever!

So how do we 'eat' Him?
(John:1:1-5)
¹In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
² He was in the beginning with God.
³ All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
⁴ In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
⁵ And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
¹⁴ And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us...

Jesus's flesh=Word of God! To 'eat Jesus flesh' is to study the Word of God, chew it! digest it! make it part of you, or better still, make it all of you! Let it fill you, and you know what?
(Proverbs 4:20-22)
²⁰ My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.
²¹ Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;
²² For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.

GOD IS CONSISTENT throughout the whole Bible! Praise the Lord!

Have you eaten today?

Buckets of tears

There has been a lot of tearing recently, among myself and some dear sisters, who are constantly sharing the words of God with me. We receive revelation from different parts of the Bible, all pointing to Jesus' finished work on the cross. Upon deeper understanding of what Jesus had done, again and again, we all in our own timing, cried buckets of tears, in joy, giving thanks to our Lord and His everlasting love.

Many people know what Jesus had done, but the believers know the 'why'; reason behind what Jesus had done. He did that because of His love for us, a love 'greek:Agape-God's all inclusive, everlasting love' so great, that even before we know a tiny bit of it, He stretched His arms, without hesitation, He bore the pain and face the judgement for us.

All were saved! All human being who existed/existing/going to exist in the history of this earth, all were saved the moment He said: IT'S FINISHED!

All were saved, but not all know they were saved, that's why Christians are called 'believers' because we believe what He did and the reason He did it! We received what we don't deserved, yet was freely given. Being a Christian is simply knowing what our God had done, believe and receive His free gift.

Jesus is a great giver, so how to a great Christian? be a great receiver.

Jeremiah 32:41
(God:)I will rejoice in doing them good and will assuredly plant them in this land with all my heart and soul.

Jeremiah 29:11-14
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the LORD

Luke 12:32
“Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

Those who desired to be under the law (part 2)

Yesterday night i had a light chat with friend, and soon become discussion on teaching in church, I thank God it was cut off, before it develops into an argument.

I remember Pastor mentioned before, there're some believe in the doctorine of obeying 10 commanment, and says: 'We try our best to keep, those cannot keep, God can forgive', 'We keep the 10 Comm to please God', 'we confess our sin when we take the holy communion, those we cannot remember, we thank God for forgiving us.' Sound so convenient.

Before i off the light, i turn my bible and the Lord led me to Romans 7

Romans 7

Freed from the Law

Law Cannot Save from Sin

¹ Or do you not know, brethren (for I speak to those who know the law), that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives? ²For the woman who has a husband is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives. But if the husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. ³So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man. ⁴Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another--to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God. ⁵For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. ⁶But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.

Pastor used an interesting illustration, those who try to keep the law is committing spiritual adultery.

I become redical, on the bed, i was surprised to hear myself said: Lord! How can they say this to You! You had DONE ALL THINGS! and You had DID THEM PERFECTLY. What do they think they can do on top of WHAT YOU HAD DONE!

So as usual, the preaching went on in my head, until i was satisfied, i thought of many things to tell my friend and ways to tell her, and i was satisfied.. after i had calmed down a little bit, the Lord told me: Don't use my Grace to condemn. Just show her the scriptures, I'll handle her.

and i quickly repented, yeah.. God cannot talk to me when i was angry.. :P

Abba was right, if we keep yelling at people because they were blinded from the goodness of His Grace, we are like the pharisee yelling to defend the law. We forgot that our Lord love them more then we do, and the Lord knows best how to handle them.

Thank you Lord!

I was really glad He opened the scriptures to me, He confirm the scriptures again, and plant me deeper into His Grace. I sympathise those who do not understand, and did not realise how much our Lord had done to give us.

I was too excited and couldn't sleep so i pray in tongue, and before i know i fall asleep.

p/s: The next morning, on the way to work, the Lord again spoke to me through Pastor's sermon! WITHOUT FAITH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE GOD! when one put his/her trust in the law/obeying the law (ref: Those who desired to be under the law), anything else but by faith believe in Jesus' finished work, he/she cannot please God! No one obey the law by faith! but you need great faith to believe what Jesus had done, and even this faith, He provides for us!

Hiding place for those who don't want to see Christians..

(Jesus:)Put out of your minds the thought and do not suppose [as some of you are supposing] that I will accuse you before the Father. There is one who accuses you--it is Moses, the very one on whom you have built your hopes [in whom you trust].

For if you believed and relied on Moses, you would believe and rely on Me, for he wrote about Me [personally].

But if you do not believe and trust his writings*, how then will you believe and trust My teachings? [How shall you cleave to and rely on My words?]

* I supposed here Jesus meant; if you do not believe and trust his(moses) writings about me(Jesus)

We are the sons of GOD! and heaven and earth know!

I forgot how my friends and i came to this discussion, but we remember we all had similar experience/s, to command the rain to stop, or the cloud to shelter us from the sun.. and all agreed, once the first time broke through, the second, third time become effortless, sometime we don't even have to think or pray about it, simply: it's ok, the rain will stop before 6:30..

So we thought, the heaven (referring to sky) and earth is created by God, and by right they should obey Jesus cause God put all names under His name, so if we are joint-heir with Christ. so could it be the heaven and earth obey us (believers) too?

Ann suddenly mentioned: the Bible said: the creations are waiting for the revealing of sons of God. i said: yeah, they are waiting for coming back of Jesus. She repeated: sons of God, not Jesus, it's us! So i ask her quickly show me scripture (yeah my loving sisters now go around with their bible) that's exciting!

So while eve went away for some errant, we sat down at HDB courtyard and enjoying the wind, while ann was still looking for the verses, the Holy Spirit can't wait longer.. :P

[Jesus] He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him.

[Genesis] God said: Let us made man in OUR image.

So if God made man in their (God, Jesus and Holy Spirit) image and put us on earth, it's like little image of God on earth, the little God (Adam) enjoying the heaven and earth, and the heaven and earth enjoy the little God in their midst (all things were created for Him).

But here came satan, in the form of serpent, deceived Adam to surrender His Godliness, and suddenly the image of God in the midst of the creation become image of a mere beast, and instead of God, it's an ugly fallen angel who was in control. How dreadful! i think the tree will cry, the sea will roar and wind howling to mourn for their lost, the earth yield torn and the whole creation fall into state of decaying, because God said: The day you (Adam) eat of it (Fruit of knowledge of good & evil) you shall surely die! and not just Adam, but all creations started dying.

and devil are not satisfied (his is greedy, came to steal, kill and destroy), after he steal from man (authority and power to the creation), he wanted to kill and destroy man! so he stir up earth quake and storm, flood and fire to devour the little image of God.

How painful is it for the heaven and earth to kill the one they used to enjoyed and spend time with! No it's not right, the man although fallen still carried that image of the creator, like the son who look like the father, but the man had no power like they used to be ( Heb2:7 You made him a little lower than the angels; you crowned him with glory and honor).

Until He came.

The one who created them came and dwell among them! and spell a great news! He came to redeem the man first, and then the heaven and earth! that's why whatever He spoke the nature obey, the fig tree withered, the storm calmed, the water become wine. They welcome their redeemer! and i believe the creations knew, cause Jesus would have told them, wait for the sons of God, when they are revealed, I'll be back soon!

That's why the statement: the creation waiting for the revealing of sons of God! man who are in the original image of God! and who are the sons of God? US!! The Believer! Those who are reborn in Christ!

Galatians 3:26 - [ Sons and Heirs ] For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.

Galatians 4:6 - And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!"

Romans 8:14 - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

Amen!! The creation is waiting for us! to enjoy us, to see us in the Glory of their Creator! and that it's a promise of Jesus coming back! that's why the rain can obey, the cloud can shelter, the more we speak and command, the more we are telling the creation: We are the sons of God! we are in the last and greater Adam!

Luke 20:36 - nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.

1 Corinthians 15:47 - The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the from heaven.

And we who are in Him, are also considered from Heaven, because "As He is, so are we in this world". Not only the nature obey our command (Pastor also said before, when we pray, it's as if Jesus pray) they also cannot harm us, like Balaam, although command by Balak to curse the children of Israel, could not but pronounce blessing instead! Because "who can curse the blessed of the Lord"!

So! even if the devil pervert and made the nature rebel against Christians, and how he wish he can! (devil is still the ruler of the world, but Believers are NOT OF THE WORLD!) If the Believer know what authority Jesus had given them, the nature would obey! and I believe they gladly obey their original master!

Matthew 16:19 - I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be [ Or have been] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be [ Or have been] loosed in heaven."

And not just that! the Bible also mentioned, the Look here:
Rev 7:1-4 - After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree. Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea: "Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God."

So after the 144,000 (representative number of all of God's people) were sealed, after a few more disasters, the 4 angels were release to harm "but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads."

and what is the seal?
Rev 14:1 - Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads."

The seal is the name of God, those who "having His Father's name written on their foreheads." are Believer who always knows GOD IS THEIR FATHER! who always has the "Fatherly love" mentality.

Can you imagine the dreadful scene after the rapture? once the Christian, the sons of God were lifted up to heaven, all those left on the earth are man who still in the fallen form, and Jesus himself said:

John 8:42-44 - Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but he sent me. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies

Nothing personal, but seems like Jesus said: the non-believer are under devil's control and manipulation.

No wonder after the rapture, there'll be great fear and tribulation on the earth, because all the creation saw is the fallen man in the form of beast. The glory of God in Christian is lift away from them.

and my friend finally found the verse:

Romans 8:18-25
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.

So Christians! realise the authority our Lord had given us! the great power which even the nature wil obey. (I myself tried it many times after this revelations, an it always work!!)

Another realization, the rest of the creation CANNOT receive Christ like men do! They have to wait, wait until the saviour come back to redeem everything, they are passive receiver, We are Active receiver! and some man choose not to receive Christ's redemption! can you imagine the tree said: this Ah Beng ah! if only i am he!!!

Oh! Praise Daddy God for His goodness forever, and praise Jesus for His perfect work, His everlasting love and great grace!

Stone! Stone! and more stone!

Jesus! Jesus! and more Jesus!

On top of what Eve had mentioned in her blog : What does Jesus mean to you? There are more revelation coming as we ponder upon this when we read the bible! Here's another one:

If 'Stone' in OT is a picture of Jesus.

The 10 Commanments was written by the Finger of God on 2 tablets of stones; on the cross, Lord Jesus was spread like a sacrifise animal split into 2, the whole of law was upon Him (ref: Gen 9-10, So the LORD said to him, "Bring me a heifer, a goat and a ram, each three years old, along with a dove and a young pigeon."Abram brought all these to him, cut them in two and arranged the halves opposite each other; the birds, however, he did not cut in half.)

The 10 Commanments was broken by Moses in front of all Israelite when he came down and saw their sin; Jesus' body was broken in front of the public for all to see, when men are still in their sin!

The second time 10 commanments was given, it was kept in the ark, covered by the mercy seat which blood was sprinkled on top to atone the Israelites' from their sin for a year; after Jesus was ressurected, the law was fulfill and He is able to extend God's mercy to those who were cleansed by His blood to remove their sin!!!

Yet He open not His mouth

Yesterday night, again, i woke up in the middle of the night, i guess it was 2 something..

I had runny nose and was sneezing. The verses from Isa53 appear before me, so I prayed, according to what pastor explaint;

"Surely, He has borne all our diseases, and carried all our pain.." then i personalised it:

"Surely! He has borne all my diseases, and carried all my pain.."(Isa 53:4)

I prayed a few times, and while remembering the rest of the verses, this particular verse jump to me: yet he opened not his mouth (Isa 53:7)

yet he opened not his mouth...

How many times, when i (and i also see it happen to others around me), suffer a little, feeling tired over work, i complain, i feel angry, i feel like i have to announce to the whole world, or at lease my boss has to know what i had done; overtime until 1.00am.., i am the one who think of that idea which help win the project...blah blah blah... me me me...i i i...

yet he opened not his mouth...

My dear Lord, He went through the greatest suffering one can hardly imagine, He suffered, wounded, humiliated..for me. All that He suffered, was for me.

The bible said, "yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted."(isa 53:4) We thought, Wow God is really angry with this guy, before we come to the understanding that, it was our sin that He carried, our transgression that He was punished for. He was judged guilty for our iniquity.

He didn't shout to those who mocked Him: "shut up you rebels, don't you know this is your cross that i am carrying??!! It's your sin that I am judged!??! No, He is not like Moses. He would not misrepresent His Father.

yet he opened not his mouth... like a lamb to the slaughter, He quietly move His way to the end.

He did not shout for His innocence, He did not even cry for pity. No. He took it all.

I saw myself at the way of pain, looking at Him, carrying the cross, i asked Him: No! Lord! why...

He looked into my eyes with His love: I am willing.

My God! i cried and cried.. trembling.. calling Him.. oh Lord! thank you, thank you! this is the lease i can do, offering of my thanksgiving. i can almost see Him smile:

Isa 53:10-12 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

lambchop (litterally)

Sometimes I get legalistic, i become angry, and i wish the Lord will do something about it, give them a karate chop (the Lambchop..hahaaa)

I see people sitting at first row, slanting their head, sleeping in front of pastor. I know pastor will not be affected, he is one cool man in Christ. Then, I hear phone ringing during service, see people going out during salvation call, kids eating M&M, congregation being insensitive to servers, take them as servent instead...etc etc.

That's just in my home church, not even mentioning others i stumble across outside; full of complaints, commenting on their leaders, church, other churches, building too big also complain, congregation too large also complain... pastor too handsome lah, pastor car too expensive lah, tithing amount too much lah... and boy, great is their responces.

Then when it come to things like, how the Lord had made righteous the ungodly, how merciful the Lord has taken care off His people, how the church is blessed, how great and awesome is the sermon.. No responce. Ok there's responce. one or two.

The Lord showed me the story of the 12 spies who went spies out Jericho; 10 came back with, according to the Holy spirit: eeeeevvviillll report. 2 who against all odd, present their GOOD report, and let's see how the congregation responsed:

Numbers 14:10
But all the congregation said to stone [Joshua and Caleb] with stones.

I see, so it's not new. Hahaaa. Praise Jesus.

Think about this: the 2 spies who bring good news, presented a proof to their report, a huge cluster of grape, which need to be carried by 2 strong man, but the other 10 spies, they bring no proof. Simply by the word of their mouth, they managed to paint a horrifying picture. And the congregation choose to believe them.

Numbers 14:11-12
But the glory of the Lord appeared at the Tent of Meeting before all the Israelites.
And the Lord said to Moses, How long will this people provoke (spurn, despise) Me? And how long will it be before they believe Me [trusting in, relying on, clinging to Me], for all the signs which I have performed among them?

So, i think it's logical that i felt angry.

God also angry, but He is far more patient, suffered long that we might believe and be saved, and who am i to judge? for once i was like that also. The Lord suffered long for me to come to Him.

The 10 spies and their supporters died in the wilderness.

Thanks be to God, by His mercy and grace, now those who present eeevvviiillll report don't have to go round and round and die in Pulau Ubin.

And i thank the Lord He open my eyes to the scripture that, He will intervine when such thing happen, He will ensure those who believe the good report will enjoy the cluster of grapes. He is patient to wait for us to turn around, and believe His goodness. He will be there, always, for His children.

The Lord said: be patient my dear child, just as I had been patient with you, be patient with one another.

Thank you Jesus, for being patient all this while, continue to teach me and show me the truth.

Who's Daddy's girl?

I am my Daddy's girl!

Yesterday services were awesome, however greater revelation came after the service ended. I saw Jessica, holding on to a piece of picture, running towards the PRA room (Pastor Resting Area)shouting: daddy~~~~~!!!!

Suddenly I realised: Isn't this how Our Daddy God wanted us to do? To run straight into to the Holiest of Holy, shouting: DADDY!!!!! Not thinking about people around us, be them angels, demon, security, ADC.. No one can stop us from running towards our Daddy, for the viel is torn, by our Lord's Work on the Cross. The viel (law) stand between man and God is now tore open, that we can do want we can't. Jesus' work had made us worthy, to run to our Daddy God, enjoying His love, embraced by His grace and mercy and strengthened by His mighty power!

Yes, He is the maker of heaven and earth, the creator of whole universe, at His voice all knees bow and in Him is all authority.

Best of all, HE IS MY DADDY!!!!!
